Personal Trainer Overview
I use a multidisciplinary method that incorporate conventional weight training,Pilates, Aquatic fitness, Yoga,Aerodance, combined with holistic nutrition for long term lifestyle changes.
Training Philosophy
Motivation is the key of fitness so our method avoid boring routines and take you to the next level combining different disciplines and environments according to your preferences: weight training, Pilates, Power aquatic fitness, yoga, Bootcamp, Cardiodance.
Results are a lean toned body and stronger core, more balance and flexibility, less exercise stress in your joints, increase of energy.
