Personal Trainer Overview
No client is alike, so each workout is unique to their individual goals! I use a combination of free weight dumbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing, cardio, High intensity interval training.
Training Philosophy
Weight training, stretching, proper biomechanics while working out. I also like to include a lot of High intensity interval training into my workouts.
Education
I obtained my Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Kinesiology in 2011. I obtained my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2018. I obtained my CPT through NCSF. I workout 7 days a week and enjoy helping others achieve optimum health through fitness and nutrition.
Bio
When i am not working, I enjoy spending time at the beach, yoga, reading books, listening to audiobooks, and hiking. When i am not working, I enjoy spending time at the beach, yoga, reading books, listening to audiobooks, and hiking.
