I offer holistic, evidence-based nutrition therapy grounded in 10 years across medical and behavioral health settings. My work is deeply individualized and relationship-based. Alongside nutrition therapy, we can integrate somatic practices like breathing and yoga to support nervous system regulation and heal the mind-body connection.
We all need to feel seen, understood, and accepted as we are now. There’s no “right” place to be and no judgment about how you got here.
