I am deeply passionate about your health and wellbeing. Whether you want to improve your relationship with your body, recover from disordered eating, or just live a healthier life, I've got you covered. Often, it’s your very best efforts to manage or control your eating or body that actually keep you stuck. The solution you need is sometimes very far removed from what you’ve already tried. If you’re sick of diet culture, tired of obsessing over your weight or what your body looks like, and ready for real change that actually feels good, give our office a call and we'll get things moving.
There is so much more to who you are than just your body. You are not a number. You are not your BMI, your weight, or even how your clothes fit you. You are unique, valuable, and important–even if you don’t know it yet. I can meet with you remotely (via a telemedicine platform) or in person in our Provo office. I have a master's degree in dietetics and nutrition science from Brigham Young University and I absoutely love what I do for work every day!
