Kendra Manwill

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have a passion for helping others work toward achieving their ideal balance in life in regards to nutrition, movement, and self worth. Some of the topics we will likely discuss in our individual counseling sessions include nutrition counseling, your relationship with food, exercise, and your relationship with your body. I specialize in Wellness Counseling with Behavioral Modification, Eating Disorders and Diabetes, but have skills that apply to a broad range of people. I believe in a non-diet approach to health and tailor my recommendations to meet your needs where you're at.

We can work on addressing informational needs as well as emotional needs. I encourage you to take an active part in goal setting and we can include members of your support team in the process. I coordinate with other health care providers to promote a well-rounded experience. For organizations, I can also can provide menu review/approval or education.

At this time I offer appointments via telehealth only, but for business contracts I'm happy to come to your facility. You are welcome to call/email for a free consultation. I am now accepting new 1:1 clients, and am still available for facility menu creation/review and group education.
