I specialize in guiding individuals through sustainable weight loss and the prevention of chronic conditions. I became a RD after changing my own lifestyle. Having personally lost over 120 pounds, I understand the unique challenges that come with weight management, and I use that experience to relate to and support my clients with empathy and understanding.
