I help individuals reach their health and wellness goals utilizing behavior modification, positive psychology, healthy habit formation and nutrition education. I can help with management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, food allergies and sensitivities, individuals with celiac disease, or anyone looking to improve health outcomes.
I am a certified health coach and certified behavior modification specialist, as well as a Registered Dietitian. I can help you to identify your negative behavior patterns, and replace with healthier, more positive behavior patterns. At our facility, we offer one on one coaching, as well as structured programs designed to help you reach your goals.
I love to meet new individuals and help to identify needs and goals, break down barriers, and implement healthier behaviors. We have all of the tools that you need to overcome obstacles, and start to build a healthier lifestyle.
