The help that you need to reach your health goals is highly individualized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. I provide the professional guidance and support that you need to set realistic and attainable health goals for yourself, and give you the right tools to make successful and lasting lifestyle changes.
I work primarily with adults, older teens and families. I can help with weight management (loss or gain), Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other GI disorders, disease prevention and management, family nutrition, women's health, meal planning, and more. I have additional training in intuitive eating and health coaching.
