Welcome to Nourishing Waves Nutrition, I am glad you have landed here with hope that you are on your journey to healing your relationship with food and body. I provide telehealth services to clients residing in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and in person services to clients in the Twin Cities.

My hope is to provide a safe place for individuals seeking to heal their relationship with food and body. I will work compassionately and collaboratively alongside you throughout this process mending this connection from the inside out.
