Qianzhi Jiang

I’m a Registered Dietitian specialized in pediatric and family nutrition. I work with families who feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, worried about whether their child is eating “enough” or “right,” and often running on empty themselves.

Using evidence-based strategies, I help support children’s healthy growth while also improving parents’ energy, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing.

My goal is to take the confusion out of nutrition and turn science into simple, realistic habits that actually fit into busy family life—so both parents and kids can feel better, eat better, and function better every day.
