Advice is individualized based on gender, age, sport, position, season of training, lifestyle and goals. Learn what to eat, when to eat it and when to supplement. Training days - Competition day - Every day. (NO supplements sold in-office).
PLEASE NOTE: Individual consults are completed via phone, Skype or FaceTime. Team talks in person (travel fee charged) or via video presentation.
