They are looking to make lasting changes to improve their quality of life to allow them to focus their precious time and energy on things not related to their body or food choices.

I specialize in working with clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, GI conditions, and sports performance. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals who may need a different approach to help them succeed.

Discussing food and eating can be extremely difficult and emotional. I prioritize creating a safe environment to discuss these topics that is client centered and trauma informed. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and building trust over time.
