The clients I work best with are endurance athletes who really want to dial in their nutrition to get the most out of their performance. Maybe you are a veteran Ironman or new to cycling. Either way, it’s an exciting world to be a part of and I want to give you that competitive edge by fueling for performance.
I love to problem solve with clients and help them become aware of goal-sabotaging behaviors. Sometimes our best intentions are setting us up to fail. I like to look at what you are currently doing, and make small changes that fit your lifestyle. Sometimes that’s all you need. I love developing fueling plans for races and training and am quite detailed.
