We now accept a wide variety of insurance plans and have multiple locations across the state of CT.

Our approach to a healthy lifestyle is to focus on the "to-do" behaviors. Restricting food will just leave you craving foods and eating more. We focus on designing meal plans that include higher volume foods which will keep you full longer without added calories and fat.
