Living with dysfunctional eating patterns ranging from chronic dieting to disordered eating can be exhausting, and has a profound impact on our ability to live our best lives. Rise exists to help you live fully and authentically, not just out of fear of food.
As a RD with almost 15 years of experience specific to behavioral health nutrition, I understand what it takes to help you make lasting behavioral change which will result in ongoing progress and lasting peace. I balance advanced therapeutic training with nutrition education.
