About
You may feel stuck in cycles of dieting, food rules, or disordered eating that leave you anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body. You’re tired of obsessing about what, when, or how much to eat, yet still feel bad no matter what you choose. Perhaps body image concerns, shame, or self-criticism make it hard to enjoy eating or to care for yourself. You want relief from confusion and stress around food and a way to nourish yourself without guilt. My clients are often searching for more freedom, ease, and trust with food—and a kinder, more sustainable relationship with themselves.
I specialize in eating disorders, chronic dieting, body image concerns, and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos. My approach is food-positive, compassion-centered, and weight-neutral, blending nutrition therapy with mindful self-compassion and embodied practices. Together, we work to rebuild body trust, reduce shame, and make eating feel easier and more supportive.
I know how exhausting it can feel to struggle with food and body image, and how much courage it takes to reach out for support. You don’t have to do this alone. My role is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported as you move toward freedom with food and a kinder relationship with yourself. Let's see if we are a good fit!
