About
I became a dietitian because I believe food should nourish both the body and the spirit. Too often, people living with chronic conditions are told what they can’t eat, leaving them feeling restricted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their culture and traditions. I approach nutrition differently.
I specialize in: kidney diseases, weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, anti-inflammatory diets, and more for all age groups. I am a Board Certified Specialist in Renal (kidney) Nutrition and a certified LEAP therapist. My goal is help individuals understand their bodies, feel confident in their food choices, and build sustainable habits.
My work is deeply rooted in culturally inclusive care. Growing up in an Asian household, I understand how food connects family, identity, and celebration. I help clients adapt the foods they love — rather than abandon them — so they can improve lab values, delay disease progression, increase energy, and still enjoy meaningful meals.
