I’m a Registered Dietitian, Diabetes Educator, and Nationally Board Certified Health and Well-Being Coach with over 12 years of experience.
My approach goes beyond food. I support my clients across four key areas: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management—because yes, food matters… but as I often say, food is part of the equation, but it's not the entire equation.

My specialty is blood sugar balance, behavior change, and creating simple strategies that fit real life—not extreme diets. I offer 1:1 coaching, group programs, and practical tools to help you get results that last.
