I developed a deep appreciation for preventive and rehabilitative treatment following significant lower back injuries during my years of weight lifting in my early 20s. Eventually, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. After 10 years of being in the transportation business, the sitting down for hours upon hours of driving was making my lower back worse, so I decided it was time for a career change. For some reason, massage therapy is what gained my interest. In 2023, I graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, specializing in medical and sports-based massage and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made.

Since obtaining my massag therapist license, I have collaborate with a chiropractor out of Winchester, Virginia (where I have resided for 20 years) to treat various conditions, including scoliosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, TMJ pain, tennis elbow, sciatica, and more. My clientele spans athletes, equestrians, dancers, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. I incorporate techniques such as myofascial release, active release technique, trigger point therapy, and cupping therapy.
