I am a Massage Therapist who works more therapeutically to help individuals ease tenison and pain and to create more movement so they can continue or get back to the activities they enjoy doing. I work with other health professionals such as chiropractors, physical therapist, pyschologist, life coaches, and nutritionist to help my clients reach their optimal goals for health and wellness.
