As a massage therapist I have a solid foundation in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point/neuromuscular therapy.  I specialize in using my techniques for injury management and rehabilitation. I also have a focus on head, neck and shoulders (rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, chronic headaches, etc.) as well as lower back (sciatica, limited range of motion (ROM) within the pelvic girdle, etc.).
