I'm Shirlaine, a Licensed Massage Therapist for just shy of 10 years. I have been working at a Chiropractic office for the last 8 years and previously at a spa for a couple of years following my education that I received at White Mountain Community College in Littleton, N.H.

I enjoy trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage therapy. I offer prenatal massage, and I can add in some reflexology upon request.

I look forward to this new journey of starting my own business. I really love helping folks and being a part of their wellness/care plan, as well as helping people with pain management and routine body maintenance. Lastly, I truly enjoy helping people with muscle tension, stress and relaxation.
