About
Hi I am Kayla, certified massage therapist. My education comes from the Wellness Massage Center and Institute in St.Albans, VT. The curriculum is a 750 hour program. This has made me certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Shiatsu, Thai and Reiki 1.
At home I am a Mom to two little boys and a stepmom to a boy, along with being a fiance to my partner of almost 10 years. We love the outdoors, traveling, playing games and laughing.
I believe firmly that healing comes from within, which to me means your mindset controls almost everything. Massage has taught me to love one's body, treat it with kindness and to be patient. All of the Massage modalities I have listed above have helped me with own journey, and I hope I can help you do the same.
My promise is to treat every session with compassion, understanding and good intention. I look forward to working with you and growing alongside.
