As a Medical Exercise Specialist and Massage Therapist who has studied and taught exercise my entire career I am prepared to work on chronic pain and restricted movements. I allow the body and all it’s history to lead me to the style of massage I need to use. I specialize in opening up the body to prepare for increased movement. The techniques I use are trigger point, Swedish, effleurage, sports massage along with passive stretch assistance.
