I have been a massage therapist since 2012.After several years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I realized that wellness isn't just about exercise. If the body isn't functioning properly due to postural or other imbalances, then optimal performance becomes impossible. Getting the body to move better and feel better through therapeutic bodywork is my goal.
