Her “undergraduate” bodywork training offered many modalities that she draws on today: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, Thai massage, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques. Sheila’s studies also included Zen shiatsu, integrative bodywork, and sports massage, which influence her current work.
