With these tools you can become the version of yourself you know you can be.A little bit more, I have been a Certified Health and Wellness Coach since 2015. Working in the Corporate world of Coaching was creating burnout and feeling like my hands were tied in certain areas. Becoming Certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) has helped me untie my hands by doing collaborative care, which means for you I can offer Functional lab testing, doctor recommended protocols and if you wish, packages that offer Doctor, Client (patient), Coach meetings!
