Asa Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I collaborate with clients to achieve their ideal wellness through a strengths-based approach.   I have special interest inmind-body connection, relaxation techniques, stress transformation, circadian rhythm and sleep optimization, energy improvement, digestion, and supporting clients diagnosed with autoimmune disease, as well as those with sensitivities.  Additionally, I also am experienced in coaching other areas of health and wellness.  Therefore, I am also very willing and capable of coaching people in the many other areas of health and wellness!As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I help people get to where they want to go!More specifically, as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I work alongside my clients as their ally, encouraging, empowering, and supporting them in making sustainable healthy lifestyle choices and meetingtheirhealth and wellness goals (including, but not limited to mindfulness, sleep, stress management, movement, nutrition, breathing, nutrition, self-care, energy levels, etc.)   I do not tell my clients what to do (as they often already know).  Rather, I help them acknowledge their values, and co-create a plan with them to achieve what they want to do in alignment with their values.  Through this process, clients ultimately achieve their goals!Basically, I help them do what they know and want to do! :-)I am enthusiastically happy and ready to help people of all ages progress in their health by working alongside my current and future clients and their practitioners, helping people heal and meet their goals!I am looking forward to connecting with you and wish you and your family maximum blessings!  :-)
