Nurture-Balance-Thrive is the result of my own journey to successfully reinvent my health after decades of chronic Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  Now I want to help others have the confidence and skills to trigger wellness in their body.  We will work together step by step to Nurture your potential, help you find Balance in real life, and celebrate the way you Thrive.  Your coaching sessions will be an atmosphere of empathy, honesty and creative thinking to discover what your body is really asking for.  Together we will work to design goals that feel authentic to you and make the challenges that can come with personal growth a source of deep joy and satisfaction. We will address the obstacles that have held you back with a sense of calm commitment, finding precious hidden clues to your success.  You are the true creator of the journey to your wellness.
