Grace Huey

Grace Huey is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. Her life experiences led her to discover healing and transformation through Functional Medicine. After her experience, she decided to make it her life’s passion to guide individuals to optimal health and healing by becoming a Health Coach.She believes that living a healthy lifestyle should be fun, exciting, and enjoyable.  Grace works with clients to help create positive behavior and nutritional support by customizing a plan that will not only help clients reach their goals, but exceed them without feeling overwhelmed in the process.Grace believes in real food: delicious, nourishing, healing, and life-giving whole foods that have the ability to transform our health and heal our bodies.Grace is passionate about preconception health and guiding women to prepare their bodies to have a healthy and nourished pregnancy. She has spent over a year working directly with Betty Murray at Living Well Dallas and has learned countless lessons regarding women’s hormones, thyroid health, and digestion. Grace continues to learn about hormonal health through various programs offered at Living Well Dallas.Grace has a deep-rooted love for food, especially sharing a meal with friends and family. When she is not in the kitchen experimenting with recipes, you can find her exploring outside with her husband and their baby, family, friends, and puppy.
