About
Many people come to coaching already knowing what they “should” be doing for their health — eating better, exercising consistently, managing stress — yet they still find themselves stuck in cycles of motivation, burnout, and starting over.In most cases, the problem isn’t knowledge or willpower. It’s capacity.Modern life places a heavy cognitive and emotional load on many women, and over time the body adapts to operate in survival mode. When that happens, routines feel harder to maintain, weight fluctuates, energy drops, and even simple habits require constant effort. Traditional plans often overlook this, which is why they work temporarily but don’t last.My coaching focuses on rebuilding the foundation first.Together we create realistic structure, reduce overwhelm, and establish habits that fit your actual life — not an ideal schedule. As your capacity improves, consistency becomes easier and progress becomes sustainable. My approach is informed by both functional wellness principles and my background working closely with individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and major life stressors. I hold a Master of Science in Family and Child Studies and have professional experience as a Victim Services Liaison, which shaped my understanding that health behaviors are deeply connected to emotional and life context. While coaching is not therapy, clients often find the process deeply supportive because we address the barriers beneath behaviors — not just the behaviors themselves.I’m especially a good fit if you:feel overwhelmed maintaining routinesexperience stop-start progress or burnout cyclesstruggle with stress-related eating patternshave tried multiple plans that worked temporarilywant a realistic, sustainable approach to healthMy goal is to help you build a way of living that supports your health without adding more pressure to your life.
