Three years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This was both the worst and best day of my life.  It was the worst because getting a cancer diagnosis is scary.  It was the best because it made me take a look at how I was treating my body.  I decided at that point to change my lifestyle and pursue a life that honors my mind, body and spirit.  After getting my health on the right path, I found I had a passion to help others in realizing their best health.  This led me to become a health coach and create Heather's Healthy Habits Coaching so that I can help others get from where they are to where they want to be.
