Hello! I’m Abby Hand, founder and Preconception Health Consultant at Hand Wellness, based in beautiful Austin, TX. I'm also a Certified Epigenetic Coach and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), with a Masters of Science in Maternity Nursing.I specialize in helping women and couples prepare for pregnancy through health optimization and behavioral/lifestyle coaching. My programs utilize current research, as well as traditional and natural philosophies, and incorporate biometric tracking and epigenetics. I believe optimizing the health of both parents prior to conception helps build strong families and communities, creating a healthier, happier world.While Hand Wellness is centered around preconception and women’s reproductive health, all programs and services are available to anyone looking to optimize their health through lifestyle and behavioral change, regardless of age or gender.
