I have been the Sustainability Coordinator for the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth for almost 12 years.  During this time, I have developed a passion for public and personal health.  With my education and background in environmental science, I believe human health and our planet's health need to be addressed together in a hopeful and personalized way.  I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach as of 2023, and I have master's degrees in environmental Toxicology and Public Administration.  I love being active with my husband and two kids, weightlifting in the gym, and visiting the ocean as much as possible.
