I support women in their 30s and 40s living with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) or navigating complex, chronic symptoms that affect daily life. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by uncertainty, symptom fluctuations, or trying to manage everything at once.As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I partner with clients to support sustainable behavior change, self-awareness, and confidence in daily decision-making. Coaching is collaborative, client-centered, and focused on your goals, values, and lived experience.
