Icannot think of anything more important than helping you find the perfect combination of health, movement, and wellness.  It is heartbreaking to meet a client who has been told that there is only one way to do something- one "diet", one type of exercise plan, or one way to gain more energy.  Everyone has a different goal, a different schedule, a different lifestyle, and different motivators.  It is important to me that you feel heard, seen, and encouraged to pursue the path to wellness that feels right for YOU.I will help you to understand that your timeline, no matter what it looks like, is valid and that there are so many ways to master health, wellness, and a body that you are proud of. My specialty is working with women in their 40's + who are looking to feel better, whatever that may look like to them.  I specialize in clients who feel overwhelmed by all of the information that is out there and have trouble figuring out where to begin. I am experienced in clean eating, intermittent fasting, sleep health and ways to become aware of, and manage changes that arise as we age. These changes include, but are not limited to weight, food cravings, the best ways to exercise, and maximizing energy.  It can be overwhelming to balance and address all of your goals at once- everyone needs some help figuring out how to do what, and when.So much information about wellness, both accurate and otherwise, can be found on the internet, in books,magazines, social media, reality tv, and in movies.
