I work along side you in your health & wellness journey and can provide you with tips and tools for making meaningful changes that will last a lifetime. I’m a National board certified health and wellness coach with a focus on Functional Medicine and a nationally board certified Physician Assistant trained at Columbia University and Duke University. I have experienced my own debilitating auto immune disease and decided I would be in charge of my health (and my life). I’ve gone from near death, completely unable to function on a daily basis, to living vibrantly in each moment. I believe you can do and be and have anything you want- you just need to focus and align with the right inspiration.
