Focuses:Mental Health: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD/cPTSD, Metabolic Syndrome, Health Education, Weight LossI came from a background deeply rooted in childhood trauma with chaotic patterns that continued into my adult years. I was blessed to develop a pattern of resiliency that allowed me to move forward in life and overcome. I am a forever student and still moving through the healing process. Perfection is not required for Impact!I completed a dual undergrad in Allied Health and Humanities and immediately followed up with my Masters In Public Health with a focus in Behavioral Psychology I graduated on my 29th birthday!EEEP! I found as I went through school and my own healing journey, that so many were left without support, resources and encouragement as they tried to navigate new diagnoses, health, and mental wellness battles, and the simple ups and downs of life. I knew there had to be a better way and I began the groundwork to found this Inked Alchemy concept.I am a wild, tattooed, passionate woman. I feel deeply, love freely, and desire beyond all else to leave a legacy and impact on the world that raises the vibration and accessibility to human potential. There is magic and electricity in our very breath, beat of our heart, and simplest touch...Alchemy, my beautiful humans. Taking the mundane and unimpressive, and transforming into a deeply valued, rich, and overflowing life!I have worked with many youth and adults to reach goals and take control of their health and am so grateful to be working 1-on-1 and in group settings as "The Inked Alchemist"
