Being a lifelong rule-follower,  always playing it safe, and perfectionist tendencies left me feeling very limited in my life. My world seemed to be getting smaller because I had designed it that way. It felt safe but underneath that safety was a feeling of being stuck. Feeling stuck left me feeling low and lacking motivation. Something was missing. That much I knew. Sensing that conventional medicine was not what I needed for this particular issue I sought out help from both a Naturopath and a Functional Medicine Doctor.I chose to work with a Naturopath and a  Functional Medicine Practitioner because I knew enough to trust my intuition that was telling me that I had a root cause issue.
