I'm a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and Licensed Aesthetician, and I have combined my two passions to help people live well and age, well inside and out.My specialty is helping women create space for themselves. That could look like an in-person visit for a holistic facial service that allows them to momentarily escape the demands of life, or maybe it's a coaching session where the focus is all about them and their needs. The coaching session allows space for us to co-create a plan that helps them make the changes they need to care for themselves, rather than everyone and everything else.
