My business is called Lady Leader Lifestyle. We help passionate professional women lose unwanted weight (and the ugly stories they tell themselves)so that they can be confident and happy WITHOUT the stress, anxiety, and guilt of strict dieting (and other social "norms" women are told they have to live by).AKA we empower women from the inside out through using all lifestyle factors (nutrition, body movement, mindset, stress management, and sleep).Lady Leader Lifestyle is a mind, body & nutrition method I created for understanding, enjoying and leading a next level life.  One where women can focus on what really matters...fitness, family, faith, freedom and fulfillment.It still blows my mind that I grew up to teenage parents (3 kids by 18) and was sent to an eating disorder treatment center by Dr Phil back in 2012 for 8 weeks to be a passionate mom, wife, bodybuilder (without an ED head), business owner/coach and currently working in two functional medicine practices. God is GOOD!My long term vision for Lady Leader Lifestyle is to create a (non-for-profit/grants for kids who need it but can't afford it) Lady Leader youth program where we teach young ladies from kindergarten to college age all the things not taught in school such as interpersonal relationship skills, mindfulness, finances, nutrition, gut health, stress management, meditation, body movement, ect.Changing the world starts by helping people learn who they are and live a life they love.  It would be an honor to be apart of your journey towards living your best life.
