As a mom of two, the youngest with cerebral palsy, I have learned how positive it has been taking care of myself for me to be able to take care of my family in a healthy way, specially of my son who needs my full attention. I believe that no matter the obstacles in life, and how busy we are, we can take advantage of every experience while being healthy emotionally, physically and mentally. Sometimes we can change habits by our own, but some other times we need help from someone. With that in mind I created my company Balance Geek LLC, where my purpose is to work with women in different stages of life prioritize themselves to a healthier & longterm lifestyle through modern nutrition which goes beyond the food we eat.
