Lauren Goring

Hello! I’m Lauren, a certified health education specialist, a functional medicine health coach, and a recent post-bacc student who will become a Physician Assistant Student starting Fall 2023.I graduated from the University of Florida with my first bachelor’s in health education and Behavior. I decided to continue the health education tract and received my Certified Health Education Specialist credentials from NCHEC. I worked as a health educator in a primary care office for four years coaching patients. During that time, I joined the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and earned a certificate in functional medicine health coaching. I specialize in coaching patients that want to work on cognitive changes, high blood pressure, food sensitivities, and leaky gut. I also completed Dr. Dale Bredensen’s course on Reversing Cognitive Decline.
