Alessandra moved from Italy to the Boston area as a teenager. She co-founded and operated a successful yoga and Pilates studio in downtown Boston for 15 years before professionally embarking into the world of Functional Medicine Health Coaching. Her inspiration was her mentor Dr Sidney Baker who helped her family heal through detoxification and biomedical interventions.In addition to her personal experience, Alessandra trained through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy to partner with Functional Medicine practitioners and to understand their language, protocols and modalities for treatment, and assist patients through their healing.Her passion is supporting parents of children with Autism during their journey with biomedical interventions, lifestyle and dietary changes, and helping their child reach their full healing potential.She is a teacher and practitioner of Ashtanga yoga, a daily meditator, and is currently working towards her certification as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner. She loves to cook, travel and spend time with her husband and children and currently resides on the Gulf coast of Florida.
