The MenoPAUSE 6-week program is fully customized for women going through "The Menopause." That includes nutritional recommendations, exercise programs, sleep, pelvic floor health, stress management, and mindset training. Most Nutritionists, Coaches, and Personal Trainers do not know ho to train the unique menopause metabolism and offer the same diet and exercise recommendations. In this program, I will work with you and cover the unique challenges the menopausal woman faces, such as belly fat, sleep loss, hot flashes, weak pelvic floor, muscle aches, brain fog, as well as old outdated beliefs and patterns that are holding you back. When you work with me, it's like talking to your best friend. I am in the "The Menopause" and have dealt with many of the above issues. It is what inspired me to focus my training, research, and ultimately create my own program so that you can be transformed into the vision you want.
