I have 10 years experience working with adults who wanted to lose weight, get their food addiction problems solved, and balance their blood sugars and eliminate their food cravings.  I saw hundreds of clients through the years be successful by changing some strategic parts of their lives.  I help my clients to take charge and be in command of their lifestyles, one habit at a time, so they can feel better physically and emotionally, and so they can live more joy filled lives.  I live in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, am a married mother of 2 young adults, and love to hike, backpack, ski, snowshoe, read, cook, travel, volunteer with youth and at my local Evergreen Christian Outreach organization. Spending time with my husband and 2 kids and 2 dogs in the mountains is my ultimate Happy Experience.
