My passion for health & wellness led me to become a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Homemade food was always a big part of my family, which fueled my love of cooking. Once I started my own family, I wanted to nourish them as best I could. I am a believer in FOOD as MEDICINE. Our busy on-the-go lives are hard but simple planning and offering nutritious options for ourselves and our children, we can create a more fulfilling & healthy family unit. I will guide you on your health and wellness journey, whether it be making healthy swaps, adding some movement into your routine, or finding ways to reduce stress.
