I found Functional Medicine in my own health journey to optimize my health.  I have a family history of anxiety, coronary artery disease and autoimmune conditions and rather than wait and see I decided when I turned 40 that my gift was to see a functional medicine doctor.  Through the education and functional medicine tools, I have reduced my anxiety and found a sense of balance and health and inspiration in my life!  I always was an exerciser but I didn't value the other aspects of health as I do now.  I have found the journey so empowering that I decided to pursue health coaching as a way to help others find balance and share this inspiration.  Thus, I created "Inspired Health and Wellness" a boutique coaching business to give mid-life women the attention they need to create a life of their dreams.  We all intellectually know many of the things to do but thecoaching and inspirationis the secret sauce to achieving these goals and having long-term success.  If you are reading to unleash and breath in your inspiration I am ready to support you!
