Kasey Oleary

I am a Stanford educated physical therapist with over 25 year clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.  The part of my job that I love most is the relationships I build with my patients while we work towards returning to the activities they love to do.My  journey into functional medicine began with a passion for cooking and preparing whole foods.  Once I learned that my passion for food could facilitate healing, I was hooked. My introduction to functional nutrition was through a 9 month program with The Functional Nutrition Alliance. Enrolling in AFMCP followed As did acceptance to the Western States masters program in human nutrition and functional medicine. Although I love the science behind functional medicine I discovered that my passion is in building one on one relationships with people. For that reason, I switched paths to peruse  the functional medicine coaching program.  This program is a perfect blend both the science of functional medicine and the art of guiding clients,one on one, on their journey to better health and wellnness.With a client centered holistic approach and an ever present appreciation of the mind body connection I guide my clients towards a deep awareness of the inner strengths they possess to make change happen.
