Call me K.O.! I'm a Somatic coach based in Boulder, Colorado and I've been teaching Nia dance fitness classes since 2000, both locally and online. I'm a certified NBHWC coach since June 2018, and have been office manager for our busy FM medical practice since 2007. I love to travel the world.My top VIA strengths are Appreciation of Beauty and Excellence, Love, Zest (energy), Curiosity, and Kindness. I maintain a private massage therapy practice, run an online Art group, teach weekly Nia classes, and enjoy spending time outside with my family and my grand-dogger Rosie. Each spring, my family jogs the annual Bolder Boulder 10K race in full costume. Life just gets better and better.
